Christmas lights in Laguna Beach and nearby
Glowcraft serves Laguna Beach, California, and that's where most of our work is. We also light homes and businesses in the neighboring communities listed below.
Our home city
Laguna Beach, CA
We work across the whole city (ZIP code 92651), from North Laguna and the canyon to the neighborhoods above the coves and South Laguna. Seven miles of coastline and steep hills give Laguna Beach homes of every age and size, and each calls for a slightly different approach.
Every one of our services is available across the city.
- Beach cottages
- Small older cottages with low eaves, wood trim and deep character. A restrained warm-white outline and a lit entry suit them better than coverage, and the trim deserves clips rather than nails.
- Hillside and canyon homes
- Steep lots, long stairs and winding streets mean access is planned before anything else. The upper rooflines of these homes are often seen from far below, which is where a display gains presence.
- Ocean-facing homes
- Glass, decks and clean modern lines. Light is usually kept to the architecture, railings and planting, so it frames the view rather than competing with it.
- Village businesses
- Galleries, shops and restaurants downtown and along the Coast Highway, where an evening glow along the storefront draws people in from the sidewalk.

- Harbor-side homes and bluff-top neighborhoods to the south, where palms and rooflines read well against the sea.

- Hillside two-story neighborhoods inland, with upper rooflines that are visible from a long way off.
- Aliso Viejo
- Newer two-story homes and townhomes, many in associations with their own guidelines for decorations.
- Laguna Hills
- Established single-story and two-story homes with mature front-yard trees made for wraps.
- Laguna Woods
- Single-story homes and community buildings, where a tidy roofline and a lit entry go a long way.

- Larger hillside homes to the north, with long rooflines, courtyards and landscaped grounds.
