Corner building entrance at night with lit garlands over the awnings, wreaths on the wall lamps and a lit window display

About this service

Evenings in December bring people out to Laguna Beach's village: browsing galleries, stopping for dinner, walking the Coast Highway. A well-lit storefront or patio tells them you're open and gives them a reason to step inside.

Commercial work has its own requirements: installing outside trading hours, getting the property manager's approval first, and keeping doors, sidewalks and patios clear. We plan for all of that from the first conversation.

  • A seasonal look that draws people in from the sidewalk
  • Installation scheduled to avoid disrupting customers and staff
  • One itemized scope for owners and managers to approve
  • Entrances, signage and walkways kept clear

What shapes the quote

  • Size of the property and number of frontages
  • Height of the work and access equipment needed
  • Early-morning or after-hours scheduling
  • Wreaths, garland and patio lighting

Good to know

  • If your property manager has vendor requirements, such as paperwork or approved work hours, include them with your request.
  • Commercial projects are quoted individually.
  • Ask early. Commercial designs often need approval before dates can be booked.

Common questions

All questions
Can installation happen outside business hours?

We aim to schedule commercial installations around your opening hours. Tell us your constraints when you request a quote, and the agreed times are confirmed in writing.

Do you work with property managers and landlords?

Yes. The scope is itemized so an owner or manager can review and approve it. If the property has its own vendor requirements, send them with your request.
