These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Glowcraft Christmas Lights Laguna Beach (“Glowcraft”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. Any installation, removal or other work we do for you is governed by the written quote or service agreement you accept for that work. If these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement applies to the work.

Sending the quote form is a request for information. It does not create a contract, reserve an installation date or oblige you to buy anything, and it does not oblige us to take on a project.

A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared. If the property or the scope turns out to be different, for example a roofline that cannot be reached safely or trees that are larger than described, we will tell you and revise the quote before any work goes ahead.

Each written quote states how long it remains valid. A booking is confirmed only when you have accepted a written quote and we have confirmed the date with you.

The website describes the services we offer in general terms. Descriptions, photographs and examples are there to help you decide what to ask for. They are not a promise that a particular design, product or date is available for your property.

How and when work is scheduled, carried out, maintained and removed, and what happens if a booking changes, is set out in your written quote and booking confirmation.

The website does not take payment and does not publish prices. Prices, any deposit, and when payment is due are set out in your written quote.

Photographs on this website are licensed stock images that illustrate lighting styles. They do not show work carried out by Glowcraft, were not taken in Laguna Beach, and should not be read as a portfolio. Your own display will depend on your property and the design agreed in your quote.

You agree not to:

• send false, misleading or unlawful information through the forms;
• use the forms to send advertising or automated submissions;
• attempt to disrupt the website, probe it for vulnerabilities or gain access you are not entitled to; or
• copy the website’s content for commercial use without our written permission.

The text, design, logo and layout of this website belong to Glowcraft Christmas Lights Laguna Beach or are used under license. Stock photographs remain the property of their photographers and are used under the license granted by the library that supplied them. You may view and print pages for your own personal use.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or withdraw content or services at any time. We are not responsible for websites we link to but do not control.

To the extent permitted by law, Glowcraft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the terms of any service agreement between us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer under the law.
